You will get the details of tests to your personal email that you've provided (further, checkup booking ID from Siemens - either they would direct you to a medical center tied up with them or might ask you a self declaration form for now).
All the necessary details on the next step would be mailed to you every now and then; you just have to follow those. HR would be in touch with you (like almost once every two weeks until you join; just to clear your doubts and notify you of any important updates). All the very best! :)

Just to give you an idea, mostly freshers are put in manual and automation testing; where they would implement and develop automated tests (both s/w & h/w). Please check with HR once (usually they take 1-2 weeks). It can so happen that the person who has to approve might be on leave. Better check with HR with whom are in contact throughout the interview process, they will surely update the status. All the best!!
You can contact through email(HR who was involved in scheduling/managing your interview rounds). They should be able to update you the status. If they don't respond(atleast within a week), then in that case you might have to move on to the next.

Usually they conduct 2 technical interviews. Hopefully if you clear the first tech round today, they might arrange a second tech round this week (most probably Saturday/Sunday)! All the best :-)
