Sheath is trash as specified in other videos, blade not very sharp. I'm taking it to a cutlery place to have it sharpened. But for $26.99 this knife kicks ass! 😊 www.amazon.com...
Just look at the sheath as a means of shipping the knife. My husband and I both own one and IWB concealable sheaths were obtained for both. Both did come thru very sharp but we already knew the primaries would be rendered razor sharp, clips sharpened and a radius put on both tips. Since there are many Bowies out there, this one had a provable full tang. Not some fake bait and switch deal. These have the weight and the reach. It's interesting that there are those who would take what is a Bowie fighter and get upset when it doesn't split railroad cars in half. Exaggeration? Yes. This knife has all the attributes of what can be a superb combat fighting Bowie in trained hands. For just a few dollars. Helluva deal and outside of the sheath, others seem to feel the same.
Just bought one and buying another today. The Timber Rattler Outlaw Bowie is a heck of a knife for the $ .. This thing could cut you in half just because of it's weight alone ! The sheath as you stated is good for transport only IMHO ........ Where did you get you ITW sheaths ? I do want one for this knife ????? As you stated this knife can be a very, very good combat tool to save your life if you know how to use it !
This knife is make In Pakistan from steel so cheap and so bade it doesn't even have a name. It's pure junk, and it's dangerous. No one with two working brain cells would have this knife within a hundred miles of them.
@@jamesaritchie1 you are wrong on the steel being junk its a stainless its not real good but its stainless you are wrong about the use of the knife . it is dangerous to the person on the recipient end of its blow and its a good tool for chopping wood and other camp chores . anyone with a brain knows there are much better bowies but not for $30 and its a useful knife for the money it holds up, and will last for decades . Its extremely cheap I and others with large IQ 's consider it a fun bowie and useful tool .
