In this episode I give my first impression after unboxing the first Veteran Abrams in Indonesia.
Veteran Abrams Electric Unicycle
The Veteran Abrams Sherman unicycle is Leaperkim's second Veteran wheel to market.
This wheel is 22 inches in size with a whopping 3500W motor and 2700Wh battery.

I'm 5'10" can't wait to try it out once shipments hit the US. I've been looking for a wheel that is tall enough for me to learn seated riding on. The only bad thing I saw was another video of someone else just testing and over torqued the wheel at home and it cut out. Hope leaperkim/Veteran provides a firmware fix for this

Yes we are still waiting to hear from leaperkim about the issue. but with our units we havent had that problem, maybe only some units out there have it. but meanwhile I will still try to do more test to confirm this. thanks

I actually decided to buy a Mpro both are similar in height and weight..the extra battery is a plus for me. Right now I have The RS HS and Mpro. Might even go for the Sherman Max later @@Minasfn

Were you able to test hard braking/acceleration? There are already some reports of Abrams being easily overloaded and cutting off.

Dear LeaperKim! Now the market has a big demand for powerful wheels(max speed, battary, minimal form factor aka sherman). In addition to the power, I would like to provide additional safety for the riders. As an example, it's time to come up with a duplication of the power unit (controller, that would be awesome). It is possible to increase the number of transistors to reduce the risks of FET burnout. You create very good solutions, perhaps these ideas will help you to be the first to create a different level of wheel quality. I believe you can be head and shoulders ahead of the begode and etc.. Provide better security, good algorithms and equally powerful wheels.

I have a veteran Sherman and back in may it stopped cutoff I don’t even know what happen I was only traveling about 25 MPH and I broke my left tibia and fibula I’m trying to regain my strength full I miss riding the fear creeps in my mind sometimes but I want to ride again the roll cage was damaged and the tire was punctured I had it repaired just want to ride like I used to and just have fun, I’m no speed demon I ride on a lot of bike trails.

Please check how we can charge at 15A, as that is the maximum in the manual. Two chargers, 10A+5A?

I think everyone assumes that a 22-inch wheel is going to be better on rough roads than an 18 inch wheel. But how is the Abrams in reality? Do you think it's a better wheel for rough roads, like going over lots of potholes, bumps or cobblestones? Generally speaking a bigger Wheel should do better, but this tire is tubeless with stiffer sidewalls. I know nothing is going to handle rough roads better than a good suspension wheel, but is this 22 in Abrams in the ballpark of being a good rough road wheel? Of all the new Wheels coming out I can afford to buy only one and it is between the hero, the s20 and the Abrams. I'm currently leaning towards the hero and the Abrams because it looks like the s20 could still be months away. Are you getting the hero soon? Maybe it's kind of apples and oranges, but how would you compare the Abrams so far to the S18 or v11? Sorry, lots of questions but please answer what you can. Nice review and nice channel by the way. (I really liked hearing the on the road riding impressions and the headlight test was good too) Subscribed. Oh and if you know what amp charger does it come with and do you know what the maximum charge rate per port is? I am guessing 4.5 to 6 amps per port, with a total of 9 to 12 amps charging rate.

I have my s18 and its my favorite wheel. The 22inch will not going to substitute the suspension, but for a non suspension wheel it really takes all the smaller bumps and potholes easily compare to other smaller wheels. Of course you are getting the abrams for more torque speed and range, but i dont think this is an aggressive wheel nor for any hard extreme offroad. If you prefer extreme and aggressive wheel i suggest you to wait for the eagle S20. Charger comes with 2.3A, not sure about the rating. If you have the sherman you can combine those and have 7A. Hope i answer some of your questions

Great video! Can't wait to try this one out! Would love to know its actual top speed and range. Have heard some approximations, but no actual numbers. How does the tire feel? Looks like a nice combination of off road tread but rounded street profile.

my top speed was 76kmh or 47mph. range is 10-15% than my sherman’s range. i think it can go up to 70miles. tire feels very stable and eats all the small bumps like nothing

Different kinda wheels. Its better than sherman in some ways, but i still like the sherman for its size and form factor. The MAX looks promising!

I generally use my motorcycle shoes to ride, but just for this quick unboxing test I just grabbed my daily casual shoes. But yeah thanks for your concern 👍

Offroad lol he break his leg when a rock turn him sideways. 🤣 . 22in offroad 44kg. Ya just be throwing that around offroad. Just like the msp or r19 wait there 50lbs not 100lbs. Put a street tire on that cause you mot offroading. Maybe walking trails and stuff
