I got these today. The Arizona Adobe is darker than I expected. They are VERY conditioned out of the box, so maybe they’ll lighten a bit as they dry out a bit?

Yes. As the oils get moved around, etc., they lighten-up.

Those look so sharp. I have 2 pair of cadets (tobacco and walnut) but I'm contemplating a pair of captains and that color would probably be my choice. Either that or the president's in tobacco.

Appreciate you showing how they look without cuffed jeans. I don't cuff mine either, and it's been difficult to find any pics that show them this way.

You talk about them like it's a paid ad. Making sure to overemphasize features and quality. That makes me not trust that this is an honest and unbiased review and feel like it's more of a paid promotion
