The timer will not stop after 40secs. If you accidentally move the dripper, you can still continue the time by pressing the timer button. Any Black Mirror model same.
In your opinion the chip in PRO is better than in PLUS model ?? I bought PLUS for about $34 and now I'm waiting for delivery. My shop has got discount for PRO model and the cost is about $49. I'm beginner in pour over, what will be better for me ??
