I recorded this a few weeks ago but never got the time to edit it. Unfortunately I crashed and jacked my shoulder up pretty bad last week so I am taking some time off to heal. I got the new TLD D4 helmet and wanted to show you what it looks like. This is an unboxing not a review video, I have only worn this helmet twice and once I wear it more often I will be able to give a better honest review. I wear my Fox Proframe most of the time because its more breathable but hopefully with Snow Summit Bike Park opening soon I will be rocking the D4 every week. When they first came out they looked dope but when I saw them in person I was blown away. Initially it looks really similar to the D3 but definitely has more ventilation. After riding with the helmet I can say that it does breath a lot better than the D3. One downfall is it feels bigger. I have a size large D3 and fits me perfectly this size large D4 is roomy and I think I would be better off with a size Medium. I would strongly suggest you try the helmet on before you buy.
I also got the new Oakley Frontline MX goggles. They are bit pricey but they are amazing. Pros: they are super comfortable you can tighten the strap as tight as you want and fits evenly, they don't fog up at all like other goggles but one downfall I would say is that the iridium lens scratch pretty easily so be careful.
