The card trick is easy. it's all about how to sell it and he did it well. He write 8 of Diamonds on the palm of Jake, and tell him to think of a number. Then, he show a deck of card to Ryan, but the main purpose is for Jake to see. There are only 2 red card there, 8 of Diamonds and 10 of Hearts. So, each one of them will likely to remember that 2 specific cards because the colour red is easy to remember while put together with those black cards, and it's to fast to remember other black card.. So, Jake or Ryan will think of 8 of Diamonds. Jake says it first, so Ryan can say the same card. The rest is you can see in the video. BUT, if Jake thinks of the 10 of Diamonds? Daniel will open his RIGHT pocket to give Jake another letter say "The card in your palm is what Ryan think of". So, this is 50/50.

Here is my take on it. the deck is simple manipulation of the 8, there were 3 cards that where more exposed and you could see the part of the figure, then you just check where the person is looking and see witch one he is focused on and force it through manipulation. The second part is more tricky, I simply can't get a grasp on the principal, the best I have is: He has 156 different reveals with 52 for each one of the forced cards; 102 reveals, 52 with the most evident one (the eight of diamonds) and 52 without. But its just a guess and a poor one at that I'm afraid, its the best that I can do but it doesn't feel outside of the box enough.
