@@javyyy200 not true, it still works but it seems to shoot out of bounds more often than on PS3. Guess the positioning is a little different, sometimes it is getting the desired result.
@@javyyy200 sometimes it does work...Cinematic triggers. Other one is when the jump is more straight in the air (not out of bounds), don't know how I did it.
there's a glitch in Uncharted 2 that I don't think anyone has found out yet: everytime you have to shoot 3 pieces of wood that are blocking your way, if you shoot the upper left corner, all three pieces will break simultaneously
It still works for me sometimes but often it overshoots, haven't figured out why yet. I assume the left analog stick should not be turned to the right that much, try a 15 to 20% turn .

Dont trust all the people that says that this doesnt work in the remastered version! I tried this and at the first try I reached the tower! I just didnt positioned myself in the left of the vine but in front of it
It does work... I've just done it on crushing... I landed on top of the wall... first try I shot off to the left and died... 2nd jump I got the timing right for moving the stick to the right and ended on top of the wall. I walked to the edge so I coukd see where I was and the headed to the left and walked forward, camera panned up and that was it. To be clear, ps4 pro, uncharted drake collection on disc, patch version 1.02
Unfortunately this method will only work on PS3. I don't know if anyone has found a consistent way on the PS4 version. The launch goes way faster in the remaster so you have to hit the cutscene where Drake looks at Elena's parachute or you just fly out of the world and die
it does. I didn't manage to do it correctly. I've done the launch but ended up dying out of bounds. I just heared that it is harder on the ps4 version because they increased the frame rate up to 60 fps but it is still working somehow
Dude, I know it has been 6 years, but let people know in the beginning this is just a trick. I was searching tutorials for how to jump from the vine in chapter 3 and you totally spoiled the game right in the beginning for me. Don't do that
