Something weird happened since the beginning of the pandemic. He used to be better at reading the script. More "professional". But since then it's like he's recording the script reading using a cheap mic or something and you can hear every breath he takes. It's distracting tbh but you get use to it after a while. lol
Both of these games are absolutely incredible. I think Uncharted 2 is still my favorite but these are probably #2 and #3 in the series for me personally.
I bought the special physical edition of this game back in 2016 and I'm able to upgrade because I kept the game. Otherwise I likely wouldn't have bought this game on its own.
Just did the 10-dollar upgrade downloading and now I can't wait to play through them again my favorite games from PS4 probably uncharted 4 and Spider-Man the Spider-Man remastered with upgraded frame rates was nice can't wait to experience it with uncharted 4 on PS5
As long as PS consoles exist these won't stop. $ony loves to milk their users dry with every new console. That's why they still refuse retrocompatibility. And since there's no other way for new console owners to enjoy these gems on their nice & shiny new hardware they're going to keep buying them giving $ony more reasons to keep making them.
Its not worth the 60$ unless you've never played it, they just: - added controller features(haptic feedback/adaptivetriggers) - added NATIVE 4k - added 60 fps mode and 120 fps mode - no raytracing - no multiplayer Don't be fooled, if you see gamrplay on ps4 pro it looks more the same, only difference is that its 4k upscaling not native 4k and lets be real when you play on a tv and not a monitor, you don't see alot of difference between 1440p(QHD) and 2160p(4K) and in some cases 1080p(depending on the game). They literally did (minus the controller features and native 4k) what they did with tlou part ll, which was a normal update, but in this case they sold it off to you for 60$ instead of just doing an update on the ps4 game, the ps4 pro already runs the game at 60 fps and 4k upscaling and there is basically no difference. Be smart people, don't buy it unless: - You don't have 1 of the games - Already owned 1 of them so just pay 10$ - Never played it
Yeah it's lame that it didn't get the Ghost of Tsushima treatment where you get the 60 fps update for free on ps5 and can upgrade to the paid ps5 version that has extra features.
@@merritt2014 sad thing is... there are actually people who are praising naughty dog for this and saying we are being entitled little pricks but we are just people who know how the world works and don't want our money to be stolen when it shouldn't😂
@@OTAKURIS Except you’re comparing GoT which came out in 2020 literally months before the PS5 released to Uncharted 4 which came out 2016 and Lost Legacy that came out in 2017. And keep in mind you only had to own 1 of these games to get both games upgraded for the the PS5 for the $10 upgrade. If you actually knew how the world worked you’d know nothing is free.
I feel like this game came out just to sell a couple high definition Sony TVs alongside somebody getting their first PlayStation 5 possibly their first PlayStation ever. It's a smart business move but things like this kind of dirty the industry with unnecessary cash grabs. Can't pretend it doesn't look great though
@@sleeping.helper little syntax error. When I wrote first it was supposed to be in reference only to their first system. I can definitely see where the error makes the comment a little funky 🤣
Dunno why I thought this Uncharted collection would have all the games? At least 1 thru 4 anyway. As much as I love these games, it's not worth it for me with only the 2 games
I much rather have the first 3 remastered. Remastering recent games just doesn’t make sense for me. Unless I missed the original, I’m likely not buying it to replay a game I recently beat. Updating older games with new visuals and controls will get me to replay them.
Question. I was looking all over internet and couldn't find a definitive answer.. If you have both games on physical disk and you want the upgrade.. Do you have to pay $10 for each game seperate or is the upgrade for both discs at the same time? I know it works if you have both games digital.. But couldn't find an answer to my question about physical copies.
@@axid161 that's not what he's asking. He's asking if has discs for both Uncharted 4 and lost legacy the does he have to pay 10$ for each of them separately to upgrade them or pay 10$ in total through only 1 disc and then get the upgrade for both of them?
@@orpheus.. if you physically own Uncharted 4 or Lost Legacy on PS4 but have a digital version of the PS5 console you have to pay full price rather than the €10 upgrade
That's funny how you state that as if it's a fact... They have multiple projects in development. New IP, new MP, and possibly a remake. But we don't really know any of this for sure
@@thomaspena1308 MP to a old Game, A Remaster of a old game, A Second Remaster of old game, A Remake of old Game. And one New Ip. Sony show's great uses of it's biggest Studio.
@@GameMasterpg if you got hatred in your heart for PlayStation for some reason.. it's just videogames. Xbox does the same thing aren't they doing another remaster collection?
@@GameMasterpg I've wanted a Uncharted 4 boost on PS5 ..I'm sure I'm not the only one..you're looking at things the wrong way...it's not like Microsoft has done an amazing job this generation so far.. Xbox wasn't ready at the start of this generation...that's pretty obvious...they're having to acquire companies now... imagine were they would be if they didn't acquire Bethesda and Activision...their line up would be years and years away...the majority of their big hitters still are.. Horizon Forbidden West is showing cross gen means nothing...theyre still producing games better looking than anything out now
am i the only one who play at 30 fps for cinematic & linear games. FFXVI, VII Remake, Space Marine 2, and Uncharted. But VII Rebirth way more fun on 60fps though since its more bigger game with shitton of minigames
Gotta be honest... for a sec I genuinely thought you guys were reviewing the PC version and I got really excited about it. And then you said "it supports the DualSense..." and I thought "what!? Has Sony released drivers for it!??" and then it hit me you were talking about the P$5 version. So...bummer. =(
no tye tew only know it's coming at some point this year atm. I'm interested as I've never played Uncharted but I have played the Tomb Raider's and enjoy them so we'll see.
They're not going to release it until they hit their PS5 expected profit margins. Sony isn't MS. They have no love for PC and they won't cater to the platform like the Redmond guys are doing. They will always give preferential treatment to their own ecosystem. So don't expect the PC version coming very soon since they're probably aiming at a nice chunk of PS cash first.
Uncharted series is fun some similarities between tomb raider pc is far superior but got 2 hand it 2 ps great games subjective but my opinion the ones I enjoyed were last of us uncharted series heavy rain beyond 2 souls ghost of tsushima even tho there hyped up I enjoyed them saying that the games I couldn't get into were horizon zero dawn and death stranding
I bought this on Friday, the full version for $50. I never played any Uncharted game before and just got my PS5 for Xmas. I really enjoyed both games however I am a little disappointed that I was able to finish both over the weekend. I was hoping they would have been longer especially considering it took me well over a week each to finish both Last of Us games. Then again, I did nothing all weekend but play.. if I played my usual hour or 2 a night it would have lasted longer. I still feel it was worth the $50 for both games.
@@geopioneergsxr5357 I played on whatever the default difficulty was, and I looked around for some collectables, but not a lot. I think I ended with about 50% of them. I normally would go for them more often if they unlocked special skills or weapons and stuff, but since all you get is skins or rendering modes, I didn't really care about them as much. I think Uncharted 4 took me about 15 hours, and lost legacy about 7.
They could've easily provided this to the fans for free. It's all about that money, and just how much of it can they get out of the player base. -- How long ago did they release the collectors edition? I don't think it was that long ago.. So now they release a next gen patch and of course charging player for it. $15 CDN for an update. From a studio already made rich from the gamers buying the Nathan Drake Uncharted franchise. They couldn't dare offer up that frame rate and resolution boost.. Xbox does that for free.
@@MaxxSeemov Just look at the god of war pc sales dude. And you'd see pc gamers buy games. Like anything else, theirs going to be people who try and get things for free. Don't get mad because you don't have that option because you're broke and can only afford a cheap console that limits what you can do. See how I assumed you're a broke console gamer just like you assumed all pc players don't buy games.
Ok so i bought the lost legacy a while back. With my own money but i have uncharted 4 on psplus when they released it on psplus can i still have the upgrade path for 10 dollars or do i have to buy the full 50 dollars
I also think we're only getting the latest game of these respective franchises and not anything before or after. I imagine the reason is because the amount of people who switched from ps4 to pc simply because a ps5 was hard to come by.
Xbox fans dreaming of the day they have a series of games like the Uncharted saga, go toss another 60 billion at the problem and you might get there 1 day.
dude you need to leave gaming bolt, you have single handedly discouraged me from playing either title, i played some of UC4 on a pro, and that's it, your demeanor, your attitude, single handedly killed it for me, now i feel like i dont want to pay 10$ for a PS5 remaster of a game I've never finished! AND I FINALLY HAVE A PS5!!!! let me say again! you discouraged me from 10$.... TEN DOLLARS!!! ....TEN DOLLARS! for potentially buying one of the greatest exclusives.....BOOOO THAT MAN!!!!! BOOOOOOO!!!!!
I like the upgrades but dam I'm tired of the remasters..... they like fillers in between big games .... I got a ps5 and Xbox series x and I been playing my switch alot
What's wrong with fillers, they're here so we have something to play or watch in the meantime. It's not like they could've released TLOU3 instead if this game didn't happen.
@@JudgeFudge57 the problem is these games have no extra content they dam near be free or under 15 dollars.... all it is is keep buying a visual update.... that shit is ass.... I would assume people got new gen to play new gen titles not remasters
@@JudgeFudge57 let's make a few games and bring all last gen games back with a visual update.... that shit wack I don't think people had playing uncharted in 60 frames in mind when finally getting a ps5
@@NBABIGANT Yeah but you can't deny that visually this game is still top tier and on the same level as next gen games (if not above for some) and now it also plays and runs at the new standards set by the new consoles. And it's 10 dollars and this dude didn't even mention the real changes and things that comes with this remastered. It's like he wants people to think this is some half ass baked remastered like the rest of em.
@@JudgeFudge57 don't get me wrong I love uncharted i love all Sony games besides death stranding but my ps5 collection is already filling up with remasters.... atleast ghost of tsushima had extra stuff and a whole island now I wouldn't mind that
@@JudgeFudge57 I’v seen that video too mate.. the fidelity mode which is the 2160p (4K mode) runs only at 30fps ..the performance mode which runs at 60fps is only 1440p! Disappointed is an understatement… enough said!
PS5 has Fidelity mode running at a targeted resolution of 3840x2160p, a performance mode targeting 2k at 60fps and a performance plus mode at 1080p/120fps with the game itself having improved contrast, less noise on surfaces, improved draw distance, improved motion blur and far less pop-up and unlike the ps4 pro version the frames are more consistently locked.
@@hasanitoro7298 and the same game that you talking about Xbox series X just did 6K 60fps so PS5 is the first console that had reach the 8K limit i forgot the name of that game
Because for this game they used a 4k & 1440 raw image rather then a dynamic resolution. 4k/1440p raw looks good but is dated and is heavier on performance. The same result can be achieved with scaling and dynamic resolutions which majority of games use on newer platforms ps4/ps5 era. Otherwise it's probably because of decoding a game that was locked to 30fps, limited amount of people working on it and a short dead line to have it out before the theatre release of the movie
