Lawyers live in another world.... If Kenya borrowed money, it must pay it whether it misused the money or not. Kenya should sought out its internal mess.... Why can't we simply review these individuals' accounts from the year 2000 onwards and investigate any accounts they sent significant amounts of money to, especially those involving large transactions? Many of them had nothing before associating e.g Waiguru, and all those Mpgis , suddenly, they are driving luxury cars and living lavishly.
