Shows that PEDs aren't everything, your actual specific arm wrestling strength and arm wrestling IQ matter much more. PEDs only help you push your limits. I'm not saying Jon doesn't train of course he does, this is just an example of the fatter guy with the weaker looking physique being stronger and better. I know Jon will improve real fast after this, loses are always the best motivation.
