I don't give a damn what color your skin is we all watched The fresh Prince of Bel-Air and every single one of us had nothing but love and admiration for Uncle Phil hands down one of the best parental characters in a TV show ever it's not even close he's definitely on the Mount Rushmore rip to a legend

Can't lie that father scene still go crazy to this day! The range he showed at the end from being cocky to mad then sad into a full cry was pure art and every time I catch it on I always watch it like I've never seen it before

There aren’t a ton of men made of the same stuff that James Avery was made of. Those guys really care and they don’t mind being blunt to get someone to see their potential. We NEED those guys.
I remember seeing that scene as a teen and crying my eyes out. Till this day I can’t watch that scene without tearing up. It’s so powerful. Your acting and James presence it’s just overwhelming.
Rest in paradise Mr Avery...and that ending scene was the most heartfelt moment in TV history. I cry every time I see it...they acted their asses off on that scene. And the scene after Carlton got out the hospital from takin sum kind of pills...excellent acting guys

So true, you are too gifted! Lovingly I think you need to continuously remember how valuable you are as a person when people mistreat you. GOD loves all of us so much and values us so much that when we allow people in our lives to put us down, we need to respect ourselves enough to stand up for ourselves or maybe walk away. They say the only things that’ll last from this world to the next are God’s word and people. James poured into all his cast mates and touched their lives. Man knew what the most important thing in life is investing and bettering others to unlock their potential. It’s crazy to remember too that Uncle Phil was Will’s uncle by marriage, not by blood. He chose to love like he did. Best character ever.
