I grew up spending my summers 1/2 a mile from this ranch on Hagen Flat road, we had PG&E cabins just down the road and this area is magical I have seen and witnessed things you can't imagine ,I didn't believe in sasquatch untill 1992 around aug.15 I think and the Fountain fire was burning, I was walking from the hot Spring in town when I got followed foot for foot stopping when I stopped walking when I walked right by the powerline right- of -way that split the forest halfway from Big Bend road to the cabins on Hagen Flat road and let me tell you I was praying for my life it followed me for nearly almost 1/4 of a mile and it was breaking trees as it sidelined me down the road never had I ever been so terrified, but the trout fishing is excellent and dispite my PTSD from that experience I still long to be there I miss it it's been nearly 5 years since I've been there hopefully I will take my mother she's getting old now and I need to take her to fish as much as I can before she can't anymore.
