The Morris-Jumel Mansion is in the process of uncovering more about the lives of individuals who lived and worked at the historic site, beyond the "Founding Fathers" and wealthy Morris and Jumel Families. In this video, learn about the Black population of early Harlem, including more about the individuals whom the Morris family enslaved in the Eighteenth Century. This talk features long-time volunteer and docent Gregory Washington.
