If you are in russia, deposit your money in a spending account in one of many banks located all over. They will give you a debt card. Now you have a card. If you arrive by plane then use one of the many banks in the airport.
Hey Kunal , could you please tell if Russia is safe enough to travel now in May 2024. I want to travel St. Petersberg , Moscow , Kazan and more . Will the debit and credit cards work there ?
visa cards do not work. But u can always make a new card in Russia that uses the system MIR and use it. Mainly Russia is safer than any other country lets say anytime :D

@Life_of_Kunal Why people like to compare bharat and western countries in cleanliness and other things . main difference is population density . If govt put hard rules to implement like fine spitting ,peeing on road and like western countries started high charge washroom then these indian who put shame by comparing started to cry.atleast respect your motherland from your parents and you belong.even u say in light way but it hurts indian feelings
