Uncovering the Best Food in Apia, Samoa! 

Polynesian food is very delicious! I used to live with my Samoan friends to help them out and I would cook with them. They showed me their cooking and I showed them ours. I'm Russian and we have allot of good dishes, my Samoan friends fed me allot with their good cooking.

My husband took us to Samoa I totally love their traditional food, real soul food!!! Only problem was seeing all the greasy western food in local resorts. I didn’t want nachos or fish n chips, so we left for local village motels and got totally spoilt!!! Beautiful islands, beautiful people!!!

Samoan food is good. When I used to be with my Samoan girl, one and only girlfriend I was with, before she got into bad things. I used to stay with her family, cook with them, did Haka and fire knife dance at her sister's wedding. I very miss staying with my Samoan friends.

We went to Apia on 2019 on a vacation....that was heaven on earth....❤

It’s a good idea to get our people to start eating healthy but to be honest our people will never change,all they know is Samoan food it’s cheaper for them and sometimes for free.

I just returned from Samoa & I can tell you I saw one or two obese people..!! . I'd say it's when they come to the new Zealand or Australia that's where we get obese..!! Our people in Samoa are very healthy & lean,there not fat people like us in New Zealand...hahaha
