im a woman ms azor!!! i own a commercial piece of property i'm getting renderings drawn to advertise for preconstruction preleasing. what the best way for me to find out how much i can/should ask for per sq foot? i'm not a realtor but as a late bloomer self made developer, i wanna be able to find this number myself and inorder to know if my realtor even know what the heck he is talking about, OH the area is up and coming so this development doesn't have man comparables.
You need to call every property around you property and ask what they are signing leases for - create a market survey. That's the best way to get the info you need! Best of luck!
