I love this man. He is so loving and sociable. Humility is why he wins everytime. You have to give up your ego to let the energy and light embrace your soul. Champion forever🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴
Usain Bolt's greatest talent is his work ethic...not really highlighted, but I've seen him train, he's insane!! Especially in 2012!! It was Kobe-level training...he vomited after every practice...ridiculous!!
Don’t know what you were watching? He was not jogging …this is actually one of the few races he was going for it 100% and even dipped on the line …he was going for the record….he was disappointed after being disqualified in the 100m… ( watch his documentary … they talk about this race) …19.4 is not a walk in the park even for Bolt
@@wateraerobics8596 His reflex was slow due to being disqualified in 100m. Maybe he would have made 2 WR if that disqualification didn't happen at first place
Imagine being in Lane 3 in a 200m Final and still ran 19.4 and also not being in the best of shape/form. Kudos to you Bolt, once in a lifetime Athlete.
@ Olav Bruh: I can't quite understand your being so "proud". He's been Norwegian on paper only since his late teens - he wasn't even schooled in Norway yet you take credit for his athletics gifts? I think the Gambians have a lot more to be proud of than you do. He's genetically and culturally Gambian through and through
@@stevecrocker6904 I believe his Gambian fans are very proud of him and his achievemts, but me, as a Norwegian am proud of all people who choose to represent Norway. I support him just as much as our native athletes like Warholm and Ingebrigtsen brothers. If they choose to represent Norway i will sopport them no matter what, andi also believe any fans of track and field are allowed to support whoever they want
And he even didn't get good start and in straight he stumbled a bit in the final 10 metres. So he could ran under 19.3s there at least if everything would gone right.
@@khumokwezimashapa2245no-one has ever run wr from inside lane I think it would been very hard to do so for bolt as he is big. But blake would not ran close to 19.26s after running all heats and being more tired and that stadium had wider bend than norman which was advantage.
Crazy how watching a 19.42 from Bolt is a slight let down, like "Ah he didn't break the record" 😂 He was that good, you see an all time run and it's underwhelming
Based on this 200m time 19.42 bolt ran I think he would have ran 9.7 in the 100m if he didn’t false start you can always predict how fast he might run based on his times in the 100m
@Jack Brown The hell are you talking about, the americans have a stick in their ass because it doesn't matter how good Tyson Gay and Justin Gatlin are/was, Usain Bolt holds the WR in 100 and 200m, he is greatest and everybody knows that. You can cry all you want, but the records are there.-
Jack Brown well some were founded using a PED not specifically steroids... also but bolt is a anomaly. He’s 6”5 and has the fastest 60m time in his 100m WR. The other people have every advantage over him in the start phase.
And inside lane 3 must cost him like a tenth or so if he ran from lane 7 instead which is his favourite. He ran his 2nd fastest bend ever here even with bad start. It takes more energy running from inside lanes so he would have more energy for straight with outer lane. The last 30 metres or so dix actually ran little faster. But I think that would nor be problem with outer lane.
