Cooper is showing the game you expect someone like a Paul George to display on this team. Instead, this team is all role players and disappointing to watch already
@@spencerwarner9268 that somebody need to get they eyes checked. Cooper is a baller he should be going to the Olympics over some of the players they sending. All around hooper and can rebound and defend he is going to be a problem once he grows up and develops more muscle in his frame fills out plus he not even stopped growing yet.
@@Theplug926 You know, there's a pretty big gap between a "bust" and one of the all time greats. Flagg is playing this next year at Duke, and then he'll most certainly qualify for the pros.
Yea it’s a scrimmage aint nobody got their full team roster of chemistry and strats just do your own thing and hope it works. If I’m kd or Edward’s im not gonna listen to LeGM
Your joking right bro. These guys are not trying. All of them not even listening and doing shit cause if they did their asses would’ve gotten beat. Team USA FOR GOLD
I really like your angle here. Absolutely something about the establish guy vs the upcoming we will see more games like this 1 vs the Select team and like stories we all heard of before in 92 with Grant Hill Chris Webber Bobby Hurley and them
He (Cooper), would be going into his senior year of H.S. ,had he not reclassified. He won't be 18 till December. Yea, he's THAT dude. One and done at Duke.
I know it's just a practice warm up games but this is good for the young stars who got selected to take on the real USA team this will boost their confidence in third game while the OGs getting use to the each other's and the game plan its a win - win for both...
COOPER FLAGG, just 17, is already MULTI-SKILLED (shown in his other video footages; can play 1/2/3/4). He showcased his PERIMETER SHOOTING/SKILLSET with high confidence against the NBA'S BEST PLAYERS. 6'8 and ATHLETIC, he can develop into a VG ALL AROUND PLAYER in the NBA. He'll be a FUTURE #1 PICK in the NBA DRAFT 🎯
Future #1 yes , did he dominate today ? No bro. He had a real nice bucket-transition-bucket(it was sick) and made a handful of shots. He didn't dominate . That is just youtube thumbnails messing w your head , Respectfully.
@@TevinTaylor-vy6fx That is always the excuses. You know how these NBA players (black in particular) like to show off their skills. They would obliterate the White team if they could. Look at the All Star game. They didn't try either but they put up a lot of points. If they could do that here, they would have. But they can't.
Dbook’s closeout was weak as fuuuuuck. I’m so tired of these bums bro. Bonified movie stars. So many slept on players get skipped on cause of bullshit .
Have u seen how the kids are brought up now?? These same players have been trained and playing ball against this level of competition from age 6 up...the camps and personal training top level talent is prepped these day is crazy
@@LebronJames10644 Both NBA Champions, Finals MVP, Eastern Conference Finals MVP! Brown is better than at least 3 players on the team! Just keep on disrespecting him as he dominates his competition!
What a dream come true for a kid to be invited to play against some of the greatest of all time and then kid having the composure to be like no big deal. I'm ready for it
Whenever I see clips like this, and read the comments, I'm reminded that so many have so little knowledge about whatever sport they're popping off about. It's bizarre.
As an old curmudgeon, I loved watching this. Just a bunch of guys playing basketball in a gym with only squeaking sneakers and the players and coaches voices. No piped in music or obnoxious announcer telling us when we’re supposed to stand up and yell.
I miss watching the Jordan/Magic teams scrimmages from the real dream team. Talk about passion and hardplay in practice. This just looks like dudes going 1/4 speed and trying to make everything look so easy and acting nonchalant. Team USA about to go in and get a rude awakening.
Watching cooper Flagg dominating players like bam, tyrese, and kawhi is crazy. He’s obviously going to be a generational talent, and I hope my glorious hornets manage to take him. Btw what the hell happened to kawhi’s hair??? I couldn’t even recognize him, thought he was a black Jamie Jaquez jr or something.
@@Jerry823Coates No Steph is HIM. Kerr is just along for the ride GS literally won 73-games with Kerr NOT COACHING. It was LUKE freakin WALTON Kerr was sick and Steph was COOKIN
These weak performances by the pros is why we need a redeem team. As my son said. Jordan would have locked cooper up full court and denied him any hope of scoring. These pros are just weak minded and weak effort.
Their job is to advance the societal agenda of the 'NBA owner class', which is basically the same group that owned/controlled/profited off of the slave trade (and then blamed slavery on the innocent traditional population of America). Many NBA players know this, they're just too scared, weak, and unethical to speak out about it.
I love how these players are supposed to be the best of the best, it is their job to play basketball, and they still can’t do arguably the easiest thing in the game - make a free throw. If you can’t make a free throw, you have ZERO business every shooting a 3 in a game and should be immediately benched
Tell me you’ve never played without telling me. Nobody shoots 100% from the line. Especially when you’ve been running up and down and playing defense and some of them could be big with a lot of pressure. Clown
@@jtothac5364 this was a stupid comment from start to finish. Did I ever say 100%? Honestly, let me know if I did. Or did you just come to some rash conclusion? Nobody in the nba has a reason to shoot less than 80% from the line. You are in the nba for a reason. It is your job. Clearly you do NOT understand the game hahahaha
I can see it now… USA defense is gonna be terrible Embiid and Davis going to foul out the first half leaving Bam to guard everyone. LeBron, Curry, Booker, and Tyrese play zero defense too 🤣🤣🤣
Everyone keeps saying kyrie, or brunson, or Donovan Mitchell (which I think he should be playing), but honestly this team needs dray! You think green would let a bunch of 2nd stringers and high school kids win a scrimmage? He'd hold everyone of those guys accountable, but they're out there looking like it's summer vacation and no more work is necessary.
Team USA Olympic team looked disgusting, almost embarrassing that they could have easily lost this game, and probably should have. Cooper Flagg on the other hand, looked like he is already a star; this kid is gonna be a surefire problem in the NBA.
So many ppl here watch practice tape and think these NBA players going to perform how you see them in practice. I see this all the time from NBA players, and when you watch them in games, is a totally different scene. The guys pick up the competitive pace a lot more than what you see in practice. It's normal for NBA players to practice this way because their philosophy is to learn the plays and not get injured. I think too many ppl are putting too much stock into what they see in practice. Cooper Flagg is there trying to make a name for himself, while these NBA players are appreciative and they allow these kids to look good as a motivational tactic. Don't get this twisted... Copper Flagg will not look like Jordan when he steps into a real NBA game. Reality will step in, and then he must put in the work to be great.
He’s the best high school player in the nation, won the US high school championship, is a McDonalds All American, already has NIL deals, is going to powerhouse Duke, is playing with the USA practice squad against the top NBA players….and he reclassed up to skip his Senior year in high school at the young age of 17. He’ll be just fine
Ok, Copper flag is Legit. Beats a Jrue holiday full court press. Gets switched on to AD, drains a 3 in his face. Next possession throws a hit ahead pass, crashes the boards for the and 1 put back… not bad for a 17 year old
