I heard that the soundtrack was written with a 9 string. Personally, this particular song can be played on a 7 or 8 string more efficiently without any issue since the lowest note played is an F. It really boils down to what guitars you have access to and your preference!

Thank you! And I use a BC Rich Shredzilla Prophecy 7 Archtop 🎸. For your first 7 string, it really depends on what your budget it. I would highly recommend brands like Ibanez, Schecter, ESP/LTD, or Jackson for introductory 7 strings. I would get any guitar that’s at least $500 or above. Things like a tremolo bridge, pickups, neck wood, and finish are up to your preference
