Always be careful of consuming very hot foods due to risk of esophageal damage which may be reversible but also cancers as well.

Looks good but yes a lot of broth. I always dump the water when I make ramen and put the seasoning packet straight in because I'm not fond of broth. lol. Great job.

Shouldn't there be a requirement to eat all those veggies??? It is NOT a Vietnamese food without veggies, especially Pho. Mints are KEY ingredients of Vietnamese food.
