Great video, extremely informative! I like that Ram is trying to bring some elements to the market from the “TR” package that may never see the light of day. Absolutely dig the center console shifter. The rotary dial on my ‘19 just doesn’t quite feel “at home” to me!
Thank you! I’m hoping that Ram makes a wide body version of the GT at some point. The biggest issue that I have with the console shifter is the cup holder placement. If I put a Yeti type cup in the front cup holder, at some point the sun will reflect off the lid and blind me. 🤷🏼♂️
@@prestonflanikensellscars9640 a widebody GT would be killer! Who says Rams can’t be like the Charger/Challenger lineup. Bring coolness to the masses 😎 That’s such a specific trade off, but I 100% would be right there with you. I don’t go anywhere without my Yeti!!
@@prestonflanikensellscars9640 thank you . I bring to the dealership they checked and say it normal. They compare the other ram gt it same thing like mine.just make noise when park brake is pressed.
I’m glad you got it looked at it and that it’s working normally. I misunderstood your question. When the parking brake is applied, there is a sound that is made. It’s like a whirring type of sound.
So all that extra money for just CAI and exhaust which brings absolutely 0 gains? 🤦♂️ what a scam. How about a cam and intake upgrade for a gt package? That's a real upgrade
There is gains, then again it is a truck not a sports so it'll be minimal, there best bet would've been to have completely tuned..the interior is a huge upgrade, it's the same interior as the TRX just different stitching on seats
@Dave Ivins there's no gains, my friend, without tune and supporting mods. hp stayed the same 395, and the torque never changed as well. Not even by one up!. But it does make the hemi sound meaner and can hear the intake more when u get on it though
@I.M stop reading the spec sheet and use conventional wisdom, the CAI and exhaust is going to reduce backpressure and allow any engine to breathe better which results in better performance, put identical trucks on dyno one equipped with the gt package and it'll have better numbers (we both know that neither is hitting 395/410 anyway) I only posted the original comment because owned a 2019 5th gen Laramie and now the Laramie gt and there is a difference, it feels more responsive
