YES! I made this video for my future reference in case my machine breaks down again and I will most certainly have lost any notes on this repair. If anyone else benefits from it, great. If no one but me does then it serves it's purpose. I would be surprised if a great many people don't do the same. RU-vid is a great place for sale keeping "notes to self".
I used to offer free estimates until people like this started using me as a troubleshooter now it’s 85.00 to show up. I no long tell them what the exact problem is, just a general idea what it might be and the price. if I repair the item and if it’s not fixed then no charge. What we do is not a hobby. I assume that you have worked most of your life also, and I know you didn’t work for free. If you want to repair it yourself that’s fine but don’t waste someone’s time and money to give you a shopping list to fix it. Everyone likes to get a good deal and save money. I just ask that you don’t do where it cost someone else their time and money. Just putting it out there not picking on you personally but it happens a lot. I wasted more hours on giving people a free shopping list for people to try to fix it themselves and if all you want is a shopping list that’s fine but at least I get to cover gas, insurance, maintenance on vehicles and employees cost. Some of it anyway. Like I said not picking on you just letting you know there’s always two sides of a story. Thanks.
Yes, the video is a"note to self" in case the machine breaks down again. A note kept safer than if I had a paper copy! I'm definitely not a RU-vid pro. No editing capability. If it helped anyone then good for them!
