For all we know, Carmine just went and found the true Void Red on his own and then combined it with his Bloodspike.

I look forward to listening to them myself once I finish this arcade bumrush.

Ye he became a rebirth upon taking Kuon's EXS for himself since he had that much to work with. I also want this form playable too man.

He became a Re-Birth and instead of having the other-half of him consume him, Carmine just smothered the other personality with his own and came out on top.

1. I feel like phonon was kinda just BSing in a way unless didn’t read into it right. Seems she just also wanted some sort of fight with Carmine. 2. TBF When does Byakuya not get this? You could also argue this for like half the cast tbh. 3. What about the ending doesn’t make sense? Carmine has a shit ton of EXS so it adds up that if he were to take Kuon’s power, he’d have so much that he would turn into a re-birth. Unfortunately it’s defo not canon which sucks but I’d love to see this form show up in some way shape or form.

Not really? Nothing about him would change other than the fact that he can literally cope harder because of having more power which is what Carmine was after in the first place. Carmine would still be the insecure and self-depricative thrasher he always is, just now with extra ways to trick himself into thinking he actually has ways to stand up against others easily

@@mischiefwaluigi0446 but he basically becomes a void in this ending right? Becoming a void does change the person for the worst, and carmine would slowly start to go insane and lose himself (mostly his human side).

@@ChevalierSilverI mean he was already kinda losing himself to begin with, but that being said, he became a rebirth, not a void. Seems he fulfilled the conditions thanks to Kuon giving him even more EXS, and yeah it does mean Carmine loses his humanity by doing so but it was either that or he basically gives up and dies which is what he was planning to do before Kuon intervened at the end.

@@ChevalierSilver Carmine has overcome that void part of him, utterly silencing it in favor of his dominant "human" persona. Carmine is still Carmine, but now with limitless EXS and now probably doesn't need to sacrifice health for his specials anymore. But in all seriousness, I get your point. His normalcy and monologues over struggling to perform basic communication was entertaining.
