My two tiered under the sea cake is a combination of many cake techniques that I've already covered on my channel. From ombre buttercream to isomalt coral, plus a few added details like the buttercream shells and piped seaweed, I love this theme of cake and can be suited for any occasion! And of course, no fondant used!
