I work with costumer service and i know how nervous I was taking my first call. How ever this was so much more nerve wracking due to what kind of phone calls they get...I wanted to cry and give him a hug when he took that first call. I almost died watching him he was pissing himself. Customer service usually takes a few days before u take your first call.
15:00 Picks up call, "Is there anything else I can do for you today?". Customer either has a ' O.O ' expression or a ' XD ' depending on circumstances. Nice one!
