"Transformer underground caught fire at the intersection of Monroe and Halsted in Chicago. 911 was contacted prior to filming. I was sitting in the gazebo there enjoying my lunch when it suddenly flared up. Authorities arrived moments after the video ends. They got it under control before it could explode."
