Yea just not as common as the earlier year Xterra’s from what i was researching. Btw ive been eye balling your build for a while! Definitely a motive for the direction I want to take my X towards!
The good thing is only the automatic trans models have SMOD. Not an issue with the manual trans models (which I have). The better fix is to just disconnect the trans lines from the radiator (cap the open trans lines on the radiator) and install an after market trans cooler in front of the AC condenser. One, you get better cooling, and two you do not need to replace the radiator (unless you already have SMOD, in that case your F#*KED).
Bro, what the hell are you talking about. It's way more reliable then the other junk you mentioned. Just change the radiator out for a new one on 05 through 10 and enjoy a super reliable SUV .
Xterras have more than enough aftermarket to mod for anything off road you want to do. Very reliable SUV way more so than Jeeps and their crap electronics. Do a Titan swap and they are off road beast ! @@MJAltairy
