In this episode I provide an overview of what happens in brain cells during aging and how those changes result in impaired brain function and predispose to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases. I then describe three lifestyle anti-aging interventions that are known to slow brain aging and counteract disease process: physical exercise; intermittent fasting; and intellectual challenges.

agree 100% with your suggestion that there should be an age limit for the President and would also extend that to any/all public offices. recent example Diane Feinstein held the office until her death at age 90. Anyhow really enjoy and look forward to your videos. thank you.

TYVM❤❤Sounds good! As far as calcium build up, magnesium aids in this, it is nature’s calcium Channel blocker. I was thinking that certain parts of the world have more of one or another mineral in the water supply. You also mentioned sodium with the calcium balance. Potassium ratio may play a role with the sodium and the neurons. I have been watching Goobie and Doobie a neurosurgeon you tube channel recently and it would be interesting if you interviewed him.He quit working I guess to avoid burnout. He did many videos on sodium.
