I find this sudden drop in blood pressure, the scariest thing, it happens to me in the evening, after taking parkinsons meds,its more inclined to occur if I have a full stomach. Had PD now for 14 years, and its still surprising me.

My mom has this exactly. Sometimes her BP drops to 80/60 in the morning and after meals. Sometimes it's as high as 170/90 so it fluctuates quite a bit.
