I guess that's why I always prefer the coffee brewed out of a V60. I like lighter body. No sediments. Cleaner cup with less oils. Light~Medium roasts.

Wow this video couldnt come at a better time. my current bag is a light bodied one. It's a super amazing light roast with a watermelon taffy and chocolate note - although lacks the body a little for me. I tried increasing the acidity and it kinda works but body is body... gotta hit that mesh filter totally forgot about that
