in OOTP24 they note that "Top Heavy", as in more money at early years and less in later years is more team friendly. I would assume the inverse would be true for that? What am I misunderstanding strategy wise?
Is there any way to SAVE a contract? It's frustrating when negotiating and having to take screenshots so you can know what they end up rejecting. Annoying to have to re-enter everything when they just "no, a want a 1-year contract". Also, is there any rule to getting players to sign multi-year contracts when they start at a one-year contract? Just moar money?
