Studying the life of Dr Mcdougall reminded me of studying other geniuses, so I'm posting this video. Dr Mcdougall was a genius, with characteristic traits: hyperenergetic, high determination, get ostracized by the conventional system, gets censered by the conventional, creates a systematic-logical-rational way of viewing the field. Tips to live better and longer: 1. Never worry about food. 2. Eat everything you want in moderation. Animal foods are natural just like plant foods. (Avoid ultra-processed foods) 3. Always think that food will make you feel great and that it will never harm you. That you are capable of eating anything. 4. Do some type of gentle exercise. You don't need to beat yourself up. 5. When it's hot, take a steam bath alternating with cold water. (according to Manuel Lezaeta Acharán).

@@TensoPyn-qb7cm I have no marketing skills. I've written a bunch of books, but almost no one reads them. So I make the videos. I see the world descending back into barbarism - cow moon east. I just try to be a lighthouse of true info on nutrition, health, literature, art, music, philosophy, etc.
