Understanding Google Drive on your Chromebook in 2021

Google Drive is not shown in my chromebook Files app. I already unchecked "Disconnect Google Drive" in the settings and did the browser reset. But the Google Drive is still not shown. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If this is meant to be for seniors then I suggest you improve both the video and audio quality which are frankly appalling considering the video is made in 2021.
