Hello , I 've got a question.When we play chords on Sx series the chord we play is displayed but when we transpose to -2 let's say and play Am chord it does not show as Gm chord.Does anyone has a solution for that ?

Can you assign to touchscreen enter, edit, inc, dec commands? Usually these are most pressed buttons on any keyboard and therefore prone to break sooner rather than later. If that's not possible, can you assign registration menu select on one of the assignable rotary buttons from the left of the board? I think that using these to change registration pages and then using the touchscreen to jump to certain menus previously saved in registration memories might be a great way to save physical buttons from wear and tear.

Sorry for autocorrect misspelling "edit" instead of "exit". Therefore the question is about the 4 main operation buttons - enter, exit, increase, decrease.

Thank you for this. I need help here; how do I lock style on SX900? My keyboard selects styles without me doing it. That is, let's say when I move from Dance to Ballads, it selects ballad styles before I press enter button. Kindly help

Good afternoon Chris. I have a PSR-SX700 and can’t layer the third sound onto 1 and 2 right any idea why? If I turn of right 1 & 2 I can then hear Right 3.

The bad part of SX900 is that when u are in say Right 1 section (say piano), and while playing that part u want to browse other instrument section (say guitars), u cant do that, as soon as u go to the other section, the sound changes. That was not the case in S900. U could continue playing that part (piano) and browse other tones sections, the tone wouldn't change untill u press on that particular tone in the other section.

Hi Parth Maru. I think that particular issue was addressed in the latest firmware update that can be downloaded for free on the Yamaha website here: europe.yamaha.com/en/support/updates/firm_psr-sx900.html

hello please can help,on my previous keyboards I could tune the keys down so I could use the keyboard as if any tune was playing along to was in the key o c major but I can't find out how to do this on my new key board sx 900 thank you for any advice........Charly

Hi there!!do we have play all option on yamaha sx-700 b/c am having a bit of a trouble playing mp3 audios and it let me play only one track then it stops if i don't press the next button!!

I’m torn between the sx700 and sx900. I don’t feel like I need all the extra features of the sx900 but I’m concerned that the sound of the sx700 won’t sound as good as the sx900 and I’d be disappointed

Have to say, SX700 does feel somewhat lightweight spec and sound wise compared to SX900.
