Do you know which adapter is good for a FM 140/160 34mm road brake caliper to mount to a Mtb fork 74mm FM or PM. Ie Sram Force AXS to Fox32 or SID forks
Hi, first thanks for the video. I was confused with so many different "standards". There should be only ONE STANDARD. Isn´t that the definition of standard. You mentioned adapters to mount flat-mount brakes to post-mount forks. Could you give me a link to such an adapter. Thank you in advance for any help and kind regards
Thanks for watching the video! I completely understand your confusion with all the different standards out there. It can definitely be overwhelming. But don't worry, I'll help you find the right adapter for your setup! Hi, and thanks for your question. Yes, it's possible by using a post mount to IS ount adapter. However not all the adapters might be compatibe with certain brake caiper brands.
Good clear video thanks. Do flat mounts have the same easy adjustment withour spacers as do post mount? It looks like the answer is yes. It looks like flat mount is much like post mount but with zero-height posts and a different post(mounting bolt) spacing and distance from axle.
Hi and thank you for your kind words about the video.🙏🙂 Yes, adjusting flat-mount calipers follows the same process as post-mounts, and there's no need for spacers.
