Hi, I'm Chris, Your Real Estate Problem Solver. I have helped dozens of homeowners in Foreclosure in the Middle Ga area. If you know someone that has received a "Notice of default", Send them this video and have them contact me for more information on how and IF they can avoid foreclosure on their house.
Once a "notice of Default" is issued to a homeowner, the bank publishes that same notice of foreclosure in the local newspaper for four weeks. After that, a "trustee", assigned by the bank, will announce the "notice under power of sale" on the courthouse steps, the first Tuesday of the following month. Once the outcry is complete, either the bank or another buyer will own the house.
