Understanding the Instructional Support Domain 

I support young children development and set up exploration with different materials with. sense of vebal language, as well as, through modeling.

This is great in a typically developing classroom. I teach special education inclusion where the children are very limited verbally and cannot participate in feedback loops. What then?

If you really want to see what a “real” day is- alot of rote learning - you do realize in addition to developing concepts we also have to teacher these kids how to pass a computer assessment in kindergarten with a keyboard and a mouse and they are 4 years old….all this in 3 hours!! Just knkw every assessment you watch is 100 percent FAKE….the behavior children are removed from the room, the teacher tries to be perfect for you but just know- it is NOT real. I have kids who behave so awful and it is has nothing to do with mylack of clear rules and routine…..
