To me at least Photoshop Flowey is harder. Not in the sense of "You'll die more" cause due to Flowey dealing you less and less damage as your HP gets lower and lower you'll almost never win. But in the sense of it being more random. Sans fight is way too predictable over the time, while Photoshop Flowey feels more of a "Yeah suffer YEAH". Also IK Sans Fight is just "Fight till you give up" but Sans could've done that feeling better by done attacks be a little more random and thus making it harder than just "Know what to do and don't get nervous".
The part were he says “I’ve seen u falling for there sweet talk” to me that refers to the fact he does follow u in the game as there’s to much evidence that he does follow u in game. U can see by searching that on you tube

But it's not.
