Yep, water was clearer on American side yesterday, I could see all the way to bottom of the milk river, that's rare. Never stops me from sending down the underwater drone, hopefully QYSEA will be able to release an affordable sonar for the Fifish one day, make tracking down these monsters a lot easier. Either way, Garmin Livescope and Humminbird 360 goes in the boat in a few months, so either way it'll be easier to track them both for fishing and using the drones.
Not at all, the pike seemed much more spooked when I got close and darted off, but the musky(Apex) was a lot less fearful, definitely bedded down or stationary when I arrived and it slowly took off. Over the years I've heard bizarre stories of musky floating right next to big boats at times... There's always prop marks on their body, makes me wonder if they attracted to the vibration of motors or boats, not sure... Hopefully one day I can get sonar on these underwater drones which will make it easier to track these fish better in murky water, right now its kind of expensive for the Fifish V6 Expert, either way the garmin livescope will help once I install that on my boat.😅
