@@JGisMe2013 Unless it's a limited edition (like this set). Sure, the price may still drop. However, I would prefer paying a little more, as opposed to missing out on the set (because it's always possible that limited releases sell out). Last year's Resident Evil 4K limited set was gone pretty quick. That set did miraculously become available again, recently, but that's never guaranteed to happen (and it's already gone again).

I believe Mandarin subs are included.

The overheads are used frequently.

No, this set isn't a disappointment. The earlier films are indeed from 2K DI's, but here's the thing. Those films' visual effects were digitally rendered and finished, at 2K. When those films were made, virtually ALL effects heavy films were completed that way For Sony to create new 4K DI's, they would have to go back and re-render ALL that digital work. That's in addition to re-scanning the original 35MM negatives, at 4K (for the raw live action photography). That is all EXTREMELY expensive, very time consuming, and probably wasn't worth it (for Sony). Underworld isn't exactly a billion dollar franchise. That said, Sony was still able to provide all these films with excellent HDR treatment, plus killer Dolby Atmos sound mixes. All in all, Sony delivered a reasonably well executed 4K box set, of these films (and at a terrific price). I'm happy they released this box set, and I have it. I love it.

@@christopherbrown5023 Again i meant in terms of picture quality not the Audio buddy + the only films wich a major Studio did re-rendert the CGI including 4K DI for those matter for the 4K releases are the HOBBIT + LOTR trilogy and of course this process is very time consuming and expensive

Most movies based on video games suck. Resident Evil is still good fun, though. Don't take them so seriously, and you might enjoy them.

@@christopherbrown5023 my problem with them is they were written by one guy and yet those movies constantly retcon and rewrite its own history movie to movie. They are some of the worst written movies ever. They spend all of 5 breaking her out and then in 6 you find out it was all a farce and wesker is actually bad which makes me just think so why didn't you kill her instead of making an elaborate escape plan using not Leon and not Barry to "rescue" her. Those movies are so bad
