Does everybody else think about that same specific someone whenever they hear this song? Like it's almost evocative enough of their spirit that you can almost see them standing down at the other end of the same subway car you're riding in at that moment? I know I do. It's a good thing that I know better than to let this song play when I'm in public or out where anyone can watch me burst into tears at some point between 2 and 3 minutes into this track.
I dug the Barking dvd out a few months back to give it another blast, which I never got round to. I remember this track well but had forgotten all about this vid. Yet everything about it was recalled/pre-empted by my mind ahead of it happening on playback here - if that makes any sense. Weird how the memory works. Quietly violent. All that stuff stored away seemingly lost but just patiently waiting for that call back... Unknown-known, I think they call it.
Dear Darren & coll., if it was a way to parody Edgeland, you clamorously failed: that's pure dung, that kind you use to grow chicories. No one could enjoy such a lament, not even a bot. As it often happens, anyway, there's a flower on dirt
A kind of public declaration of falseness of UW clips. That's why there are balls everywhere: hanging from ceiling, on girl's clothes, fluttering on table. Voice is clearly adulterated. But this 'masterpiece' is yet signed, due to stolen notes (Imagine, J. Lennon) at the beginning, and name is not Karl Hyde🤔🤡
