Ah Bacalar, I didn't get down there this past trip through Mexico. Looks absolutely epic though! Love that water color. Love me a good Cenote. Enjoyed some in Yucatan. This truly is hidden gem. Bora Bora with tacos, sounds perfect to me. Amazing tour!

it is really a paradise. I haven't been to Maldives or either Mexico but looking at the videos and pictures of maldives , Bacalar is really the undiscovered paradise
What a trip down memory lane...I did 13 days in and around Bacalar in Jan `96 ❤❤❤ It`s one of my top 10 but my Spanish Nada mas poquito Your video is wonderful, thanks for that!
@@TheConsciousDreamers I`ve been traveling to now 121 counties and when you are a cocktail diver like me, you hear about THE great sites to see and try. Some of the islands in the Maldives don`t have the driftdive.
@@TheConsciousDreamers Ok, first off - it`s not a race. I`ve meet people that gone through 193 and they did`nt get any prizemoney. So take it in your own pace. Some of the countries do not exist anymore like DDR, Yugoslavia, Soviet, Czechoslovakia. Up here in the north, the waters are cold, murky and you don`t see very far. A cocktail diver is slang for someone that`s only diving in tropical waters with a lot too see and warm waters 😎
wow what a wonderful spot. Mexico is a LOT further than the Maldives from me though lol! But the water is so perfect! Your drone shots are much impressive, especially as you float along and it zooms out/up. wonderful shot!
Wow, I can see why they compare it with the Maladivas! Such a lovely lagune and crazy it drops into a deep ocean very fast! I also love the walkway! Yeah! Enjoy your stay!
We Mexicans don't really appreciate people saying stuff like "Bacalar is the Maldives of Mexico" because it's not. Bacalar is a paradise on it's own right!! Has plenty of things better than the Maldives.
Another reason to revisit MX...whoda think something like that was in Quintaroo and no obnoxious 🇺🇲 tourists as in the other places (coz and can I'm looking your way...😂)
