Facts! The media wanted to crown Ant-Man so bad this last week. But to me, the T-Wolves are a paradox of a basketball team. They have one of the mentally toughest guys in the league (Ant-Man) paired with two of the mentally weakest guys in the league (Towns and Gobert).
Why be mad the better team won? Mark jackson "good defense but better offense. I'll take good offense over good defense any day." Ant is a ball hogger. 1 man vs 5 man. Do the math. Wolves play terrible old 90s outdated offense. You can be fast strong and athletic but the ball will always move faster and you will tire yourself out soon if you try to chase after the ball while the opponent plays keep away. Denver knows this and they move the ball well. Why work harder when you can work smarter? Give up a shot you think is good so you can get a better shot. Keep it simple textbook basketball. Make use of the shot clock. No need to rush or be fancy. Don't do too much. Either shoot, pass or get open. This is the downfall of american basketball. Too many wamnabe kobe and Jordan.
KAT is the biggest problem in the team cuz he never plays consistently on both sides of the ball. He settles for shots instead of making his own and never plays defense. KAT can easily guard Jokic but he ain't got the mentality or spirit or desire to play defense.

Paul Pierce's insight was very astute and enlightening. Coming from a former player and champion, his analysis comes from experience. He's been there and lived it. He understands the phycological swings that take place during a series. Although Keyshawn is a former football player, I don't think that he can understand the mental swings like Paul does. In football, it's one and done in the playoffs. Paul's insights are cultivated from years of experience in multi-game NBA playoff series.
ANT has a former #1 pick in KAT, the 6th man player of the year in Reid and the defensive player of the year in Gobert and Keyshawn talking about no help 😂😂
Two best takes ive ever heard from this show. 1 pierce on jokic - he is something we have never seen. Point center. One of the highest basketball iq's ever. One of the best passers ever - 2 or 3 times a game he makes a pass that no one really expects not even the camera hence the multiple replays a game for just a pass kinda reminds me of watching stockton or kidd. His touch is amazing on the hook getting closer and closer to top tier. His 3 point us underrated seems like he is almost always draining the open ones and knocks down quite a few with someone all over him. Very clutch. Footwork among the best ever for a 7 footer. Unselfish team player. Does not over exert himself with dunks unless they are necessary. Something we have never seen. Should have been 4 years straight mvp. Been best in the world last 4 years. Embid is great but Jokic may end up being top 5 ALL TIME great if he keeps this up. Plus he won the ring and thr finals mvp last year. Gobert got it 4 times now and Jokic just destroys him almost every time. The guy is just something we have never seen imagine 8 or 10 more healthy years he will be top 10 points rebounds and assists just crazy. Now for take 2 skip christian braun is a hard worker. He will match intensity with ant or any other star and semi lock them doen the kid us so athletic and is getting better and better more confident. As a side note. Murray is just a cold blooded killer. Sharpshooter ready to go back to back to back. Seems like he just is that guy as soon as your team hits that 3 and begins to hope again he seeeps in and blasts a 3 right back at ya killing that momentum over and over. Gordon is the glue that holds it all together. On a worse team he would be getting 25 and 15 a night but he sacrifices for the team and rings and gives 15 and 12 but is that guy that is always doing all the dirty work to keep the machine running. MPJ is just coming into his own this year. His shot has been so smoothe this season and especially postseason. He really helped carry the team all the way through the lakers making clutch 3 after 3. KCP feels like he is just always in the right place at the right time. Disrupting everything making everyone second guess every pass. Jackson is a perfect spark to the engine. This team is on a mission now after getting dragged through the mud. Pierce is spot on i really think they're not slowing down now as long as everyone stays healthy and they are playing like this on a mission i really find it hard to see anyone getting one on them the whole rest of the way honestly.
And that's the problem with this show. To make it watchable there has to be some give and take between the two hosts which is what Skip and Shannon had, but Keyshawn just meanders a lot of times with his comments. He's just not good for tv, simple as that.

Towns is a liability on defense, a walking foul... he sloppy and out of control on offense, breaks rules to make up for lack of talent and he's not nearly the 3point shooter he's made out to be! Just saying you can bring in plenty of others to stretch the floor at the 4 spot who can help you more on both sides of the ball!
People forget about the Nuggets coming back from 3-1 twice in the Bubble, this teams core and leadership know not to quit just one possession at a time.

Then Skip disclosing the deeper truth of it: "And Tuesday is... I want to address it the way it is ... Tuesday means the whole day from early in the morning...right? ....to late in the evening..." So extraordinary relevant. ...😮
PP is such a fan of good basketball and recognizes greatness of joker. All of us who understand the game know exactly what he’s saying, it’s those jitters you get when you see a big man run into paint and cooks best defenses in the world with either a hook shot or unseen passes, it’s crazy

Keyshawn eating crow is making my Monday morning. Also, we HAVE seen this from Denver before: they came from down 1-3 in a playoff series twice in the same playoffs. This team is tough.
The Best thing that happened to this show in 2024 is Paul Pierce! He knows the game inside out and has a profesional approach. Hats off to Skip for getting him in.

Keyshawn blaming Antman's teammates. Just give credit to the Nuggets. They executed their game plan. Ruby Gobert is being exposed. I hope he plays more minutes. The more Gobert plays, the better chance the Nuggets win.
Loving that Paul P is transforming so well from a player to a co-host. I don't mind Keyshawn either, they need a punching bag when it comes to calling on LBJ. and Keyshawn is doing a great job for that too. 😂
Paul Peirce is hilarious the way he looks at Key lol. If they can replace Key someone with another likable personality like Paul this will be a good show.
