Undone does offer the bracelet for this watch now, and I really like it. I wasn't wearing it as much on the leather straps, but with the bracelet it's become one of my favorite every day watches.
Another awesome review! And cool looking watch. Love the dome crystal (which reminds me of my Vostok Amphibia) and the vintage esthetics of the watch. Thanks for the entertainment.
Thank you for watching. Agreed, the domed crystal is similar to the 3mm lucite crystal used in the Amphibia. I am expecting an Amphibia 090661 to arrive this week from Russia. I have owned several over the years, but the 090 is my personal favourite due to the tonneau case. Which one do you have? Regards.
Watch Reviews Hi, I have 670922 it does look much nicer in person than on the pictures. I love this watch and frequently changing straps on it as it's fun to put it on the different straps. The original rubber band is surprisingly very comfortable... Just a dust magnet. I currently have it on a olive green canvas strap and it does look... Very Russian :) I was thinking about getting 090 one but I was afraid of the case being to monstrous for my girlish wrist (6.5). Enjoy your new amphibia!
Thank you for watching Mike. Good suggestion. Yes, I will review a Flieger style watch at some point. Next week I have Benyar Chronograph, Benyar Quartz, and also Casio F-91W incoming. Then after that 2 mid-tier dive watches (I prefer to keep the brands private for now). So as you can see I have 5 reviews lined up in June to do first. After that I will look for a suitable Flieger style watch to review. Regards.
OK your name is John, and I so bloody wish that I had the finances to donate to your channel my friend, but am an old pensioner just getting by. Son you rock my socks with your knowledgeable advice, and reviews, but your honesty is second to none 👍 Tam.
Thank you for watching Tam. Glad you enjoy my content. Don't feel obligated to donate to my channel. I understand many collectors are of modest means; which is why I review low tier pieces under £200. I don't believe one should look down on a collector for having low tier pieces. I know you have a Black Bay bronze which is an excellent mid tier piece. As you know from my own Black Bay review, I am a big fan of Tudor, and the Black Bay. Wear your pieces in good health. Keep an eye on my future videos as I will be doing a giveaway of this piece. Regards.
Thank you for watching. It depends on the model of Seiko. The Basecamp is similar quality to a Seiko 5KX such as the SRPD51K1. The NH35A used is the same grade as the 4R36 movement used in the Seiko 5KX. See my 5KX review for comparison. Regards.
