2021. Garbage company. I purchased a watch from undone and it arrive 2 weeks later. The chrono was unresponsive. It took 8 contacts from me to get instructions for return, chat is the only way to contact and they just tell you someone will email you. 10 days after my first email I received return instructions and it cost me $105 to ship it back to Hong Kong from Indiana USA.

The difference of Roman and regular numerals goes back to military needs. They wanted a quick way for users to know top from bottom. Know 12 O'Clock position in an instant.

Just got mine today and am very impressed. Have the sterile bezel and is a nice change as all my other divers have the standard graduated bezel. Happy so far and time will tell...

Yep, lexan scratches super easy. Solution, Aurora Clear View #1. It is sold in a kit of two at $34, #1 & #2, use #1. Works great.

As a daily beater looks interesting, it's decent quality and won't break the bank. I got mine for $140, can't beat that price.

The numerals: Rolex used to provide movements to Panerai which issued what was called the 'error proof' dial--a quick glance and a frogman would know which end was up when throwing onto a wrist. In the 70's, a California based refinisher started redoing trashed Rolex and Tudor dials in this style, and the half-Roman dial took on the colloquial name "California dial". Too bad about the thickness of this one...

This was called the California dial and first appeared on the Panarai Radiomir.

Awesome! Thanks, Drew. Yeah, they come out with some really interesting and inventive pieces. And the quality is there, too. I'm a big fan, and I hope to cover more of their watches in the future. Are you thinking about picking something up from them?

@@TheAdultMan In fact I was thinking about picking up the basecamp. Probably brushed steel with the brown leather. It's a handsome combo in my opinion. I like the vintage look, and they hit it out of the park with this one. Refined yet stylish, and it has it's own charm, while hinting at some aspects of iconic pieces (explorer, seamaster 300) I checked out their diver as well, but perhaps that will wear too big for me? I think I will most likely go for the basecamp.

@@drew_9925 Yeah, we did a review a while back on the diver--it's an awesome piece for sure, but you have to enjoy the larger style. The brushed steel with brown leather sounds crispy. Dreadful company to deal with .If there’s a problem with customs etc forget it your on your own suddenly the grasp of the English language disappears .

I saw your introduction and turned off. It made me immediately disinterested in what you had to say. Tone down the flashy crap because you ain't no TV star. A better approach to your audience is needed.
