Honestly, you could not do a simple google search so that you can understand the movement nomenclature? If this had been an IWC mecaquartz you would have probably been lauding it but because it is a humble inexpensive watch you have to throw doubt by implying they are hyping the watch. This movement uses an mechanically actuated chronograph so is indeed a hybrid movement just as in the IWC and Citizen 2100. This gives the satisfying mechanical feel to the actuation of the chronograph and one usually finds this sort of thing in watches that cost considerably more! Perhaps you all could do with spending some more time down at the lower price points to see how much watches in that catagory have cought up in terms of fit and finish compared to the multi-thousand$$ confections you so love which frankly now look a little ridiculous for what you get for the money!

I think this is actually pretty cool. I like the Seiko VK Mecha-quartz movement, and $265 is the mid point between the cheaper Seiko watches and the more expensive Nezumi chronos powered by this movement. I dig the vintage vibe, although a 50s-60s font on a 40s style watch is a little wonky. No idea why there's a clear caseback. Maybe so you can see if the battery is leaking.

Saw these watches on Instagram and went to find a review as the design got me reaching for the credit card. Yours was the first to come up on RU-vid and i am absolutely glad it was so. Your review was so badly made and lacked professionalism so bad, that it made me realize that this brand is just another overpriced AliExpress watch brand with a big marketing budget and skilled brand managers. Too bad...

I bought this watch a year ago while I was in HK on work and within months the second hand got bent. Poor build quality. The chrono pushers are weak and flimsy. Feels like a kids watch. Its over priced for that kind of quality. All these reviewers say such great things in all their reviews.. but in reality its completely the opposite. Try owning it for a year and try using it daily.. this is just my personal opinion, might defer from others.
