Thank you very much! I would say my success is a combination of setting that makes it work. - I use Orca slicer + setting make overhangs printable. I adjust the setting to the point when Im checking on the model I only see outer walls. - You don’t want to see the slicer say that the model has any overhangs. If it has its a coin toss if it succeeds. - I modified my design to have as little overhang as possible. - I use the aracne engine for slicing - The softest TPU I have used is 90a and it’s more finicky than 95a in my experience. I would suggest finding a 95a TPU that is still on the softer side. There is a fair bit of variation between filament manufacturers. - I use a 0.6 + extra thick line width(0.9mm). I can get bigger overhangs thanks to that setting. I hope some of these could help you!

Toivottavasti ei tule tähän projektiin mutkia matkaan enempää😁

Tämä on ihan totta😁 Adaptive layer hight kuitenki jäi pois työflowsta, koska aiheutti osittain tuota warppaamista ylöspäin. Onneksi uudessa mallissa ei ole tätä ikävää ongelmaa ollenkaan.

Onko silti samaa muovia kun muissa kiekkoissa vai sitä 3d muovia

Samaa TPU muovia mistä valtaosa premium kiekoista on tehty. Käsituntuma tietty hieman uniikki koska tulostettu.
