As much as I want to see Peppino in smash, there might be the unfortunate side effect that he will just be another annoying ultra-mobile character like Sonic is, because what he does in pizza tower is, in fact, moving obscenely fast. People are gonna start hating on the character himself reaaal quick, and I don't think I want to see it

I think that instead: The toppins should be an assist trophy, following you around and gradually healing you, as well as giving you a speed boost. Pizzaface be added, also as an assist trophy, acting as a time-bomb. After 15 seconds, Pizzaface wakes up and charges toward a random fighter, going through any surface, damaging anything in his path, and dealing moderate damage when he reaches his target. Replace Peppino's up special with his super jump. You can also hold the button to delay and move left and right. (Obviously it can also be used when idle or in the air, not just while running.) Replace Peppino's down special with the super taunt, which can reflect projectiles. The white flash also deals small flinching damage and can stun enemies. Also Peppino's taunts would be able to block a small amount of damage. Peppino's neutral special summons Gustavo, who does a slam attack with his rat, dealing high damage to enemies. (I forgot the rat's name) Peppino's side special would summon Mr. Sticks, who would run to the end of the platform and back, swinging his bag at any enemies and picking up any items, which he then gives to Peppino. Peppino will automatically eat any food Mr. Sticks found, and Mr. Sticks will give Peppino a random item he found. If Mr. Sticks has any items leftover, he will wander around the stage for 30 seconds, continuing to attack enemies, pick up items, and giving said items to Peppino. If attacked, Mr. Sticks will drop a random item and run away, and if Mr. Sticks takes 30% of damage or more, he will die and drop any items he had. This will put a 15 second cooldown on Peppino's side special. If Peppino uses his side special while Mr. Sticks is already out, Peppino will call Mr. Sticks back to him, where Mr. Sticks will then disappear, retaining any items he had and not putting a cooldown on Peppino's side special. When Peppino uses a grab, he also dashes a short distance forward. For Peppino's final smash, it would basically be a Peppino-ified version of Mii Brawler's final smash, except afterwards, Peppino enters a state of rage for a minute. In this enraged state: All of Peppino's attacks deal a lot more damage. Peppino is faster, jumps higher, takes less damage, and is just all-around better. Like in Pizza Tower, Peppino's throws are replaced with flurries of attacks, but he loses his jab. His front throw is just the flurry in Pizza Tower, his up throw launches enemies A LOT, his down throw buries enemies, and for his back throw, he just throws the enemy as hard as he can. (Obviously, he throws the enemy backwards) For Peppino's neutral special, he just chucks Gustavo and the rat. For Peppino's side special, he charges forward and headbutts the enemy. He can also drift left and right, similar to Sonic's side and down specials. For Peppino's up special, he does an uppercut. This doesn't put Peppino into free-fall, but using it again will. Peppino's down special also acts as a counter. If the counter succeeds, Peppino will attack wildly before automatically initiating a grab.
