Guess the crane operator gets maximum lift by pulling the forward stabilizers 6 ft off the ground. Damn lucky the crane didn't wind up on top of that excavator. Never did figure out what the guy standing on the crane deck was doing, that was a new one on me. Also, way more power delivered to the ground and far less wear, tear and strain on the tracks and idler if your drive sprockets are in the rear of direction of travel, I.E. drive forward. Job completed and nobody died, but room for improvement. A little training goes a long way. Stay safe.

Was an extra ordinary effort to haul a Cat that size up a 95 degrees angel. There are other issues of safety precautions for the men workers. Why are most of the men not wearing safety helmets except the man in a white shirt. Most of them aren't wearing safety work boots except the Cat operator I'm confused on their safety regulations. Thx anyway for a magnificent salvage.

Why is it that the excavator is trying to get out of the bog and as allway they never try to drive out when they are being along , i is it that they don`t know how to drive out . I am shaw he could help himself as well, they are just draging he out , not a good drive he should get off the machine and stand on the side line and watch for all the good he`s doing (sorry he not helping at all) good pal.

Another crane operator who shouldn't be anywhere near a crane , set up right on the edge of a trench , no pads , he's pulling against the lift which makes no difference and if a wire breaks it will go right through the cab and take him with it

Excavator operator hasn’t got much of a clue either; also site workers all watching within the danger zone, apart from no one wearing protective helmets in the vicinity of overhead mechanical operations, quite possibly all wearing much favoured flip flops as well ! Have none of them ever seen a cable / chain break, or a mobile crane tip over under testing / unwise conditions; obviously not ! Why on earth isn’t he using the excavator arm to tilt his tracks upwards instead of leaving them to just dig further into the bank ? You’re off hire mate, dig yourself out in your own time and expense !

You guys really need to learn how to make and use pads. They help prevent a heavy machine like that from sinking into mud and soft dirt. It would save you a ton on repairs as well as the time and effort that it takes to get it out.
